These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MediVaced (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use MediVaced. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and trials
- Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown at checkout.
- A 7-day free trial requires a payment method. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from your billing portal.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or MediVaced content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Upload malicious code or content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful.
5. Educational content — not medical advice
MediVaced is a study tool. Content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on qualified professionals for clinical decisions.
6. Intellectual property
MediVaced and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediVaced will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
